How to make
In a bowl, mix the milk, which should be slightly warmed up with the sugar and yeast. Leave this mixture to stand for about 15 minutes.
In another bowl, mix the flour with the salt.
Make a well and add the olive oil and yeast mixture. Gradually add the water, which should be warm. Knead the dough and if necessary, add more flour or water. The dough should be left to rise for about 40 minutes.
In another bowl, mix the finely grated Parmesan and oregano.
Balls are formed from the dough. Each ball is rolled out and sprinkled with parmesan and oregano. Shape it into a ball again.
Arrange the shaped balls in a greased baking pan and leave them again for about 30 minutes. Before putting the fragrant bread buns in the oven, spread them with the eggs. Bake the parmesan and oregano bread buns at 360°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
Serve the parmesan bread while it's still warm with delicious dishes for lunch or dinner. And why not even for breakfast!
