How to make
Preheat the milk. Add the yeast, salt, sugar and oregano to the sifted flour. Mix them well.
In the middle, make a well and put the egg, oil, milk, vinegar and chopped olives in it. Knead, until you get a soft and elastic dough.
Leave the dough to rise, until its volume doubles in size.
Form small round bread buns with your hands and spread them with olive oil.
Bake the bread buns at about 360°F (180°C).
When they aquire an appetizing color, take them out and spray them with a little water. Wrap them with a towel.
The oregano and olive bread buns are ready.
