How to make
Dissolve the honey and yeast in the slightly warmed water and stir. Let it activate for 5 minutes.
Sift the flour, mix with the salt and make a well in which you pour the activated yeast, a little oil and the sunflower seeds - chopped.
Knead a soft and well-hydrated dough. At first it will be sticky because there is more water, but with longer kneading, at least 5 minutes, it will become elastic. Grease your hands to prevent sticking, or use a mixer with dough attachments (in this case knead for only 3-4 minutes). If necessary, add a little flour, but do not overdo it.
Shape it into an oblong loaf and place it in a greased, tall, standard rectangular cake tin.
Leave the bread to rise for 40-50 minutes.
Sprinkle the bread with more sunflower seeds and a little flour and put it in a 360°F (180°C) oven for 25 minutes or until the crust becomes golden brown.
Remove the white bread with sunflower seeds from the mold, leave it to cool on a wire rack and slice it at your table.
Enjoy your meal!
