How to make
Pour water, milk, salt, sugar, oil and yeast into a bowl.
Beat well and add the flour.
Knead the dough and leave it in a bowl covered with foil to rise for about 40-50 minutes.
Then it is divided into two parts for the two focaccia. Roll them out onto baking paper and make patterns with a wooden spoon.
Spread with beaten yolk and a little milk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake the homemade focaccia at 360°F (180°C) for about 25 minutes or until golden.
If desired, spread the focaccia with sesame seeds with garlic butter.
