How to make
Bake the sesame seeds in a dry pan for 10 min in a pre-heated 360°F (180 °C) oven and take them out to cool. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove their stems.
Arrange the tops in a shallow container. Mix the teriyaki sauce, sherry, sugar, coarsely chopped stalks of onions and sesame oil. Pour half of it onto the mushrooms.
Grill for 5 minutes, turn, smear with the remaining marinade and bake for 5 more minutes or until browned.
Serve topped with roasted sesame seeds and finely chopped green onions. Sprinkle it with parsley too.
