How to make
In a large baking pan sift the flour and make a well in the middle.
Pour the warm milk into a large bowl and crush a cube of yeast inside and wait for the yeast to dissolve well, then add the water, salt, sugar and melted butter and mix well.
Slowly pour the prepared mixture inside the well and start kneading the dough with one hand.
Let the bread dough rise for about two hours.
After two hours have passed, grease a baking tray with oil and start making small balls and arrange them in the tray and leave them to rise again for about half an hour.
The risen Turkish bread rolls are spread with the yolk of 1 egg and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Bake the fluffy Turkish bread rolls with sesame seeds at 360°F (180°C) for about 45 minutes.
