How to make
The yeast and sugar are poured into 100 ml of lukewarm water. The flour is sifted and a well is made in the middle. Pour the yeast, oil, salt and another 100 ml of water.
Knead medium soft dough and leave it to rise. When the dough is ready, pieces are torn from it and shaped into balls.
They are flattened and baked on a preheated tray. The baked bread buns are spread with a mixture of pressed garlic, water, olive oil and chopped parsley.
