How to make
Leave the butter to soften at room temperature. Then add to it the crushed garlic clove with the white part of the fresh garlic and salt to taste.
The green part of the garlic together with the dill and parsley are chopped and added to the flavoured oil. Mix everything until you get a nice homogeneous mixture.
Cut the baguette into slices diagonally and grease each slice with the herbal oil.
Arrange them in a tray with baking paper and put in an oven preheated to 370°F (190 degrees).
Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the bruschettas are golden.
Serve while still warm.
Garlic bruschettas with parsley and dill are ready.
