How to make
Cut the baguette into slices with thickness less than the thickness of a finger. Toast them on the grill.
Wrap the garlic in aluminium foil and bake it in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 °C) for about 40 minutes. Once they are ready, divide them into cloves and peel. Add olive oil and mash with a puree.
Finely chop the thyme leaves and add them to the resulting puree. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the tomato into slices and grill it.
Spread the garlic cream on the slices and put a slice of tomato on each one.
