"Eggplant is so appetizing when grilled - we wonder if we should wait for the brandy to cool"

Ingredients

  • eggplants - 4.4 lb (2 kg)
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • garlic - 2 heads
  • soy sauce - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 1 1/2 cup
  • apple cider vinegar - 1 cup
  • sugar - 3 tbsp.
  • black pepper - to taste
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Cut the eggplant as for frying and salt or soak it in salted water.

After the bitter juice is released, pour cold water over it and drain it. Put the drained eggplant in a bowl and pour the soy sauce and 1/4 cup of oil.

After it stays like that for about 15 minutes, grill it. Peel and finely chop the garlic, add sugar, a little salt, vinegar, oil, dill and black pepper to it.

Mix well and pour it over the eggplant. Cool and serve it with chilled brandy.
