How to make
Sauté the minced meat in a pan with the onions, carrots and black pepper and salt to taste. Spread the dough in a pan and smear it with the tomato paste, then sprinkle it with spices.
Drain the lightly fried mince and distribute it on the crust, sprinkle it with grated cheese and put it to bake in a moderate oven.
Decorate with arugula salad on top.
