How to make
Sift the flour and put it in a bowl and put the yeast in a little warm water to activate it.
Add the salt, egg white, honey, oil and the activated yeast to the flour, start adding the water, while stirring and kneading the dough.
Then put the dough on a floured surface, divide it into 10 parts and form small bread rolls, which are about 1 cm thick.
Put baking paper in the tray and arrange the bread rolls, make cuts and spread them with egg yolk.
Cover the rye bread with a towel and leave them for 30 minutes, bake them in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for 20 minutes.
Check the flat rye bread with a toothpick.
