How to make
Mix the yeast in 4/5 cup (200 ml) of lukewarm water. Add the tablespoon of oil and the pinch of salt.
Add the rye flour and 3.5 oz (100 g) of white flour. Knead dough for rye bread.
Leave it in a warm place for half an hour, then transfer it into a baking tray.
Bake the homemade rye bread at a temperature of 390°F (200°C) for about half an hour.
