How to make
Sift the flour with the baking powder, add the salt and cheese and mix. Make a well.
Pour the whipped egg white with the butter into it. Knead the dough for the rolls.
Wrap it in cling film and leave it for 15 minutes. Roll it out into a 5 cm thick crust. Cut it into triangles, by rolling it up and forming the fluffy rolls.
Arrange the keto rolls onto baking paper and spread them with egg yolk with a silicone brush.
Bake the Almond Flour Keto Rolls for 20 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
