How to make
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 °C) and then prepare 12 muffin cups and oil them lightly. Stir the sifted flour together with baking powder, salt, sugar and oregano.
Separately, beat the egg with the yoghurt, then add feta cheese and olives. Add the flour mixture to this mixture while stirring. Distribute the dough for the muffins with feta cheese into the cups.
Fill them up, leaving 1-2 fingers from the top (depending on your muffin cups). Put them to bake for 15-20 minutes.
