Ingredients

  • eggs - 6
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • flour - 4 tbsp
  • baking soda - 1/3 tsp
  • yoghurt - 2 tbsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • butter - 1/2 tbsp
  • sesame seeds - 2 tbsp

How to make

Beat the eggs, butter, yoghurt and flour with a mixer.

Crumble the feta cheese into the mixture, salt it and pour in the baking soda.

Stir and pour 2 tbsp of the mixture in each muffin cup.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and bake in a preheated oven until golden.
