How to make
Mash the potatoes and feta cheese.
Break the eggs and add the oil. Stir. Add the sifted flour (about 2 cups), the salt and baking soda.
Knead a soft dough. Tear balls and fill the muffin cups (oiled beforehand) with them.
Smear the muffins with beaten egg yolk on top. Bake in a preheated oven until golden.
