How to make
Beat the eggs with a whisk, add the salt, then the yoghurt in which you've extinguished the baking soda ahead of time. Stir well.
Gradually add the flour until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add the crumbled feta cheese and stir well again.
Smear the muffin tray with oil and pour on the mixture but not all the way to the top. Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds or grated cheese after they're baked.
