Ingredients

  • corn flour - 4 1/5 cups (1 kg)
  • eggs - 3
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g) hard

How to make

Pour the flour in a big bowl, adding in the eggs and salt.

Mix the yogurt with the baking soda and add it to the flour. Knead a dough as if for a pita, finally mix it with the crumbled feta cheese.

Grease an oven dish and spread the dough out in it.

Bake in a preheated oven at 480°F (250 °C).
