How to make
Beat the eggs until whitened, add the cream and yogurt with the baking soda dissolved in it. While continuously beating, add the oil, baking powder and flour.
Mix with the coarsely crumbled feta and finely diced cheese. Pour the mixture into a greased and lightly floured tray.
Put the cake to bake in a preheated moderate oven. Finally, check for readiness with a stick.
Optionally, sprinkle the nearly ready salty cake with a little grated cheese and bake for a few more minutes.
