How to make
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Add the milk and gradually add the mixed flours and baking powder to it while constantly stirring (grind the oats in advance in a blender into flour).
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. After it reaches room temperature, add it to the waffle mixture along with the vanilla, brown sugar and a pinch of salt.
The waffle mixture should be thick, like the one for sponge cake.
Bake waffles in a preheated waffle iron, with greased molds, until golden brown.
Serve the waffles warm with honey, liquid chocolate, chopped fruit, etc.
The waffles with almond and coconut flour are ready.
