  • oats - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • almonds - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • coconut milk - 1 cup
  • butter - 2 tbsp.
  • coconut butter - 1 tbsp.
  • cinnamon
  • vanilla extract
  • salt - a pinch
  • baking soda - 1/3 tsp.
  • brown sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • oil - for greasing the waffle maker

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the coconut milk.

Gring the oats and almonds finely, and add them to the egg mix, along with the rice flour, baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla and a pinch of salt.
