How to make
Heat the milk to about 90°F (30 °C) and dissolve the yeast in it.
Beat the eggs and add them to the milk along with half the butter and the other products. You need to get a dough slightly runnier than a cake dough.
Leave the dough to rise in a warm place for about 2 hours. Heat the waffle maker, smear its surface with the remaining butter with a brush and pour dough into it.
Bake until the waffles are golden. Serve immediately with whatever garnish you like.
