  • yogurt - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • milk - 3.4 fl oz (100 ml)
  • flour - 2 and 1/2 cup

  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • sugar - 1/4 tsp.
  • oil - 1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)

How to make

Beat the eggs along with the salt and sugar in a bowl.

Add the yogurt and milk while stirring continuously.

Baking powder is added to the flour, mixed and added to the milk-egg mixture in portions.

Finally, pour in the oil and the grated cheese.

Mix the mixture well. You should get a mixture with the consistency of a sponge cake.

The waffle iron is heated, greased and a little of the mixture is put into it.

The waffles are baked until lightly browned.
