  • sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • yogurt - 1 cup (400 g)
  • flour - 2 cups
  • baking powder - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • vanilla sugar - 1 sachet (5 g)
  • oil - 1 cup

How to make

Beat the eggs into a bowl. Add the salt and sugar, while continuing to beat the mixture. Add the yogurt, then the flour along with the baking powder and vanilla sugar.

It is good to add the flour in portions. Finally, add the oil. Stir well until you get a smooth mixture. A mixture with the density of cake batter should be obtained.

Grease the waffle maker before turning it on and once it has heated up, pour a ladle of the mixture and spread it evenly on it. If desired, once the waffles are done, they can be greased with butter.

They become even tastier. They can be served with jam, but that's optional. In my case I used apricot jam.
