  • sugar - 1 cup
  • oil - 1 cup
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • whole grain flour - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • spelt flour - 0.9 lb (400 g)

How to make

Activate the baking soda in yogurt. In a large bowl, crack the eggs. Add the fat, sugar and yogurt with the soda. Beat with wire whisk.

Put the flour, by adding it gradually and in small amounts until it is completely absorbed. You will get a sticky dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Turn the waffle maker on to heat up. Add a little butter and a ball of dough on top.

Close and wait for it to cook on both sides. Serve the waffles as desired and to taste!
