  • bread roll - 1 pc. with seeds or whole grains
  • avocado - half
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • salt
  • black pepper - 1 pinch

How to make

Half a well-ripened avocado is carved out, cut into cubes and mixed with a teaspoon of lemon juice.

One pressed clove of garlic is added to it.

Using a fork, mash the avocado until almost pureed. Add half a diced tomato, a little salt to taste and a pinch of black pepper.

All products are mixed until homogeneous.
