How to cook
Prepare the waffle mixture, by first beating the eggs with the sugar.
The eggs should be at room temperature.
Add the milk, salt, vanilla and mix again.
Sift the flour along with the baking powder and add it to the egg mixture.
Pour the melted butter and mix well, until a homogeneous and smooth mixture is obtained.
Heat the waffle maker and by using a ladle, pour the mixture into the mold.
Cover it and bake, until they aquire a golden color.
Eat the ready-made waffles while warm sprinkled with powdered sugar, honey, jam or chocolate.
The waffles with milk are perfect for breakfast!
