How to make
Prepare the salad by placing in a bowl, the strained of water, beans and corn.
Add the sliced roasted red peppers.
Finely chop the fresh spring onions and fresh green spice leaves.
Put them in the bowl and season the delicious bean salad with olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice and your desired amount of salt.
Stir well.
Serve the red beans, corn and green spices salad as an appetizer or as a side dish to any grilled meat dishes.
