  • mushrooms - 6 - 7, large
  • rice - 1 cup, boiled
  • peppers - 1 - 2
  • carrots - 1
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • butter
  • dill
  • tomatoes - 1
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

Clean the peppers of their seeds and cut them into pieces. Peel the carrot and cut it into small pieces.

Saute the vegetables in butter. Add the rice that you've boiled until ready to the vegetables.

Season with salt and black pepper and stir. Stuff the mushrooms with this mixture and arrange them in a suitable oven dish.

Bake in the oven until the mushrooms soften. Cut the tomato into slices and put 1 slice on top of each mushroom.

Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and bake for about another 5 min. Garnish the cooked mushrooms with dill.
