Ingredients

  • carp - 9 lb (4 kg)
  • red onion - 4 onions
  • rice - 1/2 tea cup
  • mushrooms - a jar
  • raisins - 10 pcs.
  • walnuts - 1/2 (ground)
  • minced meat - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • lemons - 2 pcs.

How to cook

Finely chop the onion, fry it and add the minced meat, walnuts, raisins, mushrooms and the rice at the end.
