How to make
The carp is cleaned, washed well and seasoned with salt inside and out.
In a frying pan with oil, fry the finely chopped onion, add the mushrooms (strained, chopped), walnuts, a pinch of paprika and as much black pepper and salt as you like.
Leave the finished stuffing to cool and then fill the carp with a spoon to make it thick and even.
Sew the fish with a needle and thread and place it in a baking pan greased with oil. Add lemon and onion rings around the fish and on it, sprinkle with salt and a few grains of allspice.
Add a little water, wrap it with foil and bake it in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake it for another 30 minutes.
Once it is fully baked, decorate it with lemon slices, lettuce and radishes.
The stuffed carp with onions, mushrooms and walnuts is very tasty. It absorbs the aroma of everything and melts right in your mouth!
