Ingredients

  • carp - 1 pc. (medium - sized)
  • onion - 2 onions
  • walnuts - 1 cup
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • tomato juice - 2 tins
  • oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Fry the onion until it aquires a golden color and add the finely chopped carrot. After frying the two ingredients, add the walnuts and 1 cup of tomato juice, add black pepper, paprika and leave it to simmer for about 20 minutes and stir the mixture until it thickens.

Season with salt the outside and inside of the carp and leave it to drain. Then fill it with the already prepared stuffing and sew it.

Place the carp in a greased pan and bake it in the oven for about 1 hour. Then add the tomato juice, add oil and bake until a thick sauce forms.

Before taking the stuffed carp out of the oven, add more salt, if necessary.
