  • liver - 1 pc.
  • onion - 2 pcs.
  • ground cumin - 1 tsp.
  • oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • parsley - by taste
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Cut the liver into cubes, season it with salt and put it in a pan.

Remove the fried liver and stew the onions in the same fat.

Add the liver to the onions, sprinkle with cumin and chopped parsley.

Leave the stewed liver with onions to simmer for 10 minutes.
