How to make

First cut the pork liver into large pieces. Sprinkle with soda, mix and let it stand for about 30 minutes. Then wash the liver very well and dry it.

Mix the flour with curry and black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon each. Mix and roll each piece of liver.

Pour some of the oil on the bottom of a glass baking dish and arrange the rolled liver on top. Pour the rest of the oil and bake under a lid for about 20 minutes at 390°F (200°C).

Meanwhile, prepare the caramelized onions. Cut them into crescents and fry them in the heated butter and oil. Stir from time to time and when the onions soften, add the spices and salt.

Finally, pour the brown sugar and stir until the onions caramelize.

Add the prepared onions to the baked liver and place them back into the oven for about 10 minutes.

Serve the beer appetizer with a salad of your choice and a glass of cold beer.

The baked liver with onions and butter is very tasty, try it!
