How to make
Wash and clean the mushrooms, if they are small, just wash them without peeling them.
Cut them into strips, finely chop the onion or as you prefer. In a deep frying pan with a lid, put the butter to melt, then put the mushrooms and two or three tablespoons of water.
Stir and after they release their juices, sprinkle with the vegetable spice, spearmint, cover with a lid and let simmer.
Once the water has evaporated, put the onion, stir and leave for another 5 minutes.
Before turning off the stove, sprinkle with red pepper.
Serve warm.
