How to make

The fillets are cut into pieces, drizzled with lemon juice and spices and left for 15-20 minutes to flavor.

Preheat a Teflon or grill pan very well without adding any fat and put the fish in it, skin side down, until it releases its own fat and is fried and after a few minutes turn it over to the other side.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly with a brush without peeling them, put each potato in a piece of foil, split the potato in the middle in the shape of a cross and sprinkle ground sea salt, black pepper, cumin, grated thyme and savory herb into each one.

Finally, drizzle with a little olive oil or butter and wrap the potatoes in the foil.

Do the same with the heads of garlic - remove only the outer skins, put each head in aluminum foil, sprinkle with salt, spices and olive oil and fold the foil into a packet.

Put the packets in a baking pan and bake in a very well heated oven for about 30-40 minutes.

Serve the salmon fillets with a garnish of roasted potatoes and garlic, garnish with lemon slices and a sprig of parsley.

Enjoy!
