How to make
Put the finely chopped garlic and ginger in a small bowl and mix them with the maple syrup, soy sauce, olive oil and rice wine.
Spread the salmon fillets well with the spices and pour the marinade over them.
Wrap them in cling film and leave them in the fridge for about 2 hours.
Fry the salmon on medium heat, with the skin side down in a pan with olive oil for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Drizzle it with the remaining teriyaki sauce.
Serve the fried fish with a garnish of your choice.
