How to make
The quinoa is cooked separately and it is strained.
Mix the soy sauce, honey, crushed garlic, grated ginger and a tablespoon of olive oil.
Spread the salmon with half of the mixture on all sides and leave it to marinate for 30 minutes.
Fry the marinated salmon on both sides in olive oil, then remove it from the pan.
Add the Brussels sprouts to the pan and fry for a few minutes.
Take them out and add the rest of the marinade.
Cook for a few minutes and pour that over the salmon.
Add the peeled avocado, cut into slices, along with the cooked quinoa.
Serve the salmon with quinoa and brussels sprouts warm.
