  • brussels sprouts - 7 oz (200 g)
  • bacon - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • milk - 3 tbsp.
  • baking powder - 1/4 tbsp (2.5 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • butter - 1.1 oz (30 g)

How to make

Boil a pot of water and add the cleaned Brussels sprouts. Boil them for 10 minutes. Strain and leave them to cool. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half.

Pour the butter into the pan to melt. Cut the bacon into small pieces and put it to fry in the butter. After two minutes, add the Brussels sprouts.

Beat the eggs in a plate, add the milk and baking powder. Mix well and add salt and black pepper.

Pour the eggs into the pan and stir for a few minutes. Serve the dish with scrambled eggs on a plate while it is warm.
