How to make
Wash the Brussels sprouts and blanch them for 2-3 minutes in boiling salted water.
Strain them from the water and with the help of a spoon remove their inner part.
Heat the olive oil and fry the finely chopped onion in it, add the ground turkey breast, the rice, one pepper (finely chopped) and season with the spices.
Fry and let the mixture cool. Fill the Brussels sprouts with this mixture.
With the rest of the stuffing mixture, make a canapé in a greased baking pan and arrange the greens on top, by placing chopped cherry tomatoes between them and pour the tomato puree diluted with water. Sprinkle the other finely chopped pepper on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 25-30 minutes.
Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle it with finely chopped dill.
The Stuffed Brussels Sprouts with Turkey are ready.
