Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g), champignons
  • brussels sprouts - 10 heads
  • green garlic - 1 - 2 stalks
  • green onions - 1 - 2 stalks
  • apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • olive oil - 3 - tablespoons
  • butter - 1 tablespoon
  • soya sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • white pepper - to taste

How to make

Wash and clean the mushrooms well. Heat the butter in a pan, chop the mushrooms and put them to get braised. Chop the onion and garlic finely and put them in the pan with the mushrooms very briefly, just before removing them from the fire.

You can steam the brussels sprouts for 10 - odd minutes. Prepare the dressing by combining the vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, soya sauce and flavour with the spices. Mix the sprouts with the mushrooms in a large plate, pour the dressing on top and serve.
