How to make
For these Stewed Brussels Sprouts in a Multicooker, clean the brussels sprouts, wash them and dry them well. I don't want to boil them, but stew them in a little olive oil.
I use paper towels to dry them.
When they are ready, put them the bowl of the appliance and add olive oil, salt and a finely chopped clove of garlic or as much as you like.
I set the multicooker on a vegetable program and it's ready in no time.
Brussels sprouts can be eaten like this as a light dinner, or they can be a delicious side dish for any meat.
