Ingredients

  • brussels sprouts - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • baby carrots - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • peas - 4 tbsp. from a tin
  • corn - 5 tbsp. from a tin
  • butter - 2.3 oz (65 g)
  • lemon juice - from 1 lemon
  • garlic powder - 1 tbsp.
  • dill - 2 tsp. dry
  • salt - to taste

How to make

The Brussels sprouts and carrots are washed and cleaned. Boil 2 liters of water in a pot and add initially only the Brussels sprouts and then the carrots.

The products are left to boil for ten minutes, after which they are taken out and washed with cold water. In a deep pot, heat the oil and add the carrots and vegetables.

The dish is covered and the vegetables are left to stew for 6-7 minutes. Add the corn and peas and mix well.

Finally, add all the spices and let the dish simmer for another 3-4 minutes. The resulting vegetable dish can be served as a side dish to grilled or lean dishes.
