How to make
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200 degrees). Wash and dry the Brussels sprouts well. Cut off their tops and remove the top leaves.
In a shallow bowl, mix the spices with the olive oil, add the sprouts and mix everything well, so that it's greased on all sides.
Transfer them into a suitable baking tray lined with baking paper and stir them periodically. They are baked for about 30 minutes, then served on their own or as a side dish to roasted meat.
