How to make
In the heated oil pour the finely chopped onions, carrots, peppers and mushrooms and fry them for 2-3 minutes.
Add the well-washed rice to these products and fry them for a little longer until the rice absorbs the fat. Add the spices and crushed garlic and remove them from the heat.
Pour the fried products into a baking pan with a diameter of 16″ (40 cm), add water and place it in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees).
Bake the dish until it's ready or until the rice absorbs the water and softens.
Sprinkle the oven-baked rice with finely chopped fresh parsley, once you take out the rice from the oven.
The lean rice with carrots, mushrooms and rosemary is ready.
