How to make
Heat the butter and sift in the flour. Cook for 1-2 minutes and pour in the milk and cream stirring constantly. Season with salt, black pepper and nutmeg.
Pour the sauce over the blanched in salted water brussels sprouts and simmer, until the sauce thickens.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve. You can also broil it before serving if you wish.
