How to make
Heat the olive oil in a cooking pan and braise the garlic, while stirring. Add the brussels sprouts, season them with salt, add the chili peppers and stew under a lid.
Periodically, shake the container and leave it on the stove until the sprouts soften. Sprinkle with basil. Take the sprouts out of the pan, add a little olive oil, fry the peas and cauliflower and season them with salt and basil.
Serve the vegetables sprinkled with lemon juice.
