Ingredients

  • brussels sprouts - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • lemons - 1 pc.
  • salt - 0.5 oz (15 g)
  • black pepper - 0.2 oz (5 g)
  • cumin - 0.2 oz (5 g)
  • For the topping
  • yogurt - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • whole grain flour - 2 tbsp.
  • yellow cheese - 1.4 oz (40 g)

How to make

Boil the Brussels sprouts until they soften, strain and transfer them to a glass baking dish.

Season with salt, black pepper and cumin. Squeeze the lemon juice on top.

Prepare the yogurt, eggs and the whole grain flour topping. Pour it over the Brussels sprouts. Put the grated cheese on top.
