How to make
Peel the asparagus with a potato peeler and cut off the thick edges.
Heat the butter and oil in a pan, pour the Brussels sprouts in it and add the asparagus shortly afterwards.
Put a lid on the pan and stew the vegetables, but make sure to stir them occasionally.
After 10 minutes the vegetables should be ready. Sprinkle them with as much black pepper and salt as you like and you can also add a little crushed garlic.
